Donna writes, "I'm 37 years old and the photo I sent in was of me and my husband Jack. I
have to be honest here because I don't use Pounds Off bars regularly to
lose weight, I just found them to taste so good that I could use them as
a healthy snack. I usually only eat half a bar, but that seems to curb my
hunger as well as my sweet tooth. If you're interested, my husband and I
don't drink alcohol except for once in a great while. The drinks in the
photo are of the alcohol free variety."

Pam writes, "Well, the purpose of me sending in this photo is because of how proud I am
of my husband Steve, who happens to be 56 years old. I used Pounds Off bars
for about 30 days before I told my husband about them. In short, Steve fell
in love with the Peanut Butter bar and as a result did the following. He
decided that if ever he was stuck at the office and found himself reaching
for fast food he would stop and reach for that Peanut Butter bar. Two
months into this program I'm proud to say that he has done just that, no
fast food. We found out that his desire for fast food was far too
frequent. He found himself eating that bar an average of twice per week. It
might not seem like much, but if every week you repeatedly have burgers and
fries then quite a bit of fat has been avoided."
